Process Manufacturing Engineer, Defiance, OH Area, Northwestern, OH
This will be a mixed role between process and quality engineering developing and implementing manufacturing quality processes.
This position will focus on the quality system and lean manufacturing program development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for the manufacturing processes.
Assure the implementation of quality processes to assure the production of quality products.
Ensures compliance with quality system requirements document review, process and product review, monthly auditing, and maintenance of deviation records and practices. Reviews analytical and production records to ensure quality compliance
Develops and coordinates Quality System programs, practices and documentation to ensure compliance with ISO, customer and industry quality standards.
Initiates and oversees monthly auditing compliance with SOP`s, SQP`s, and Quality Systems Assessment (QSA) audits.
Participate and encourage continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing activities plant wide.
4 year degree B.S. in engineering or a related technical field
5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment developing and implementing manufacturing quality processes
