Metallurgist/Process Engineer, St Louis, MO
Coordinates manufacturing processes and improves manufacturing methods.
Analyzing manufacturing process flows continually for the enhancements of quality, cost reduction, and throughput.
Experience with Product yield analysis & development/implementation yield improvement projects
Technical ability to analyze, trouble shoot and implement process changes
Apply statistical methods to improve manufacturing processes and capabilities
Lead and / or participate in continuous improvement and six sigma project teams
Have experience or background with ferrous or non-ferrous metals (hot & cold rolling)
Manager all aspects of the process quality systems and metallurgical testing
Experience with MiniTab
5 years manufacturing experience
B.S Degree in Metallurgical/Material Sciences or Mechanical Engineering
